    Tubes and speakers

Tubes and speakers are an indispensable part of your hearing aid. Without a speaker or tube, sound will not get from the hearing aid to your ear. That's why you need to maintain them regularly and sometimes buy a new one. Show more

Speakers and receivers for hearing aids

Oy, suddenly your hearing aid no longer works. You've tried everything. Changed the filter on your speaker, used Pierce wire on your tube. But no way; no sound. Don't panic, order a new speaker or tube and you will hear again like never before.

A speaker is a very small (often) silver thingy that your tip or dome sits next to. Speakers use a filter system that prevents your earwax from getting into the speaker or from getting very damp. Unfortunately, it happens quite often that a speaker breaks down. This is often because the wire that goes to your hearing aid is worn out from putting your hearing aid in and out.

Tubes and tubes for hearing aids

With Tubes, it happens quite often that the hollow hose is kinked. As a result, no sound can pass through the tube and you no longer hear anything. It is important to replace the tube. Fortunately, we supply speakers and tubes of all brands for hearing aids. The only thing you need to research is which brand and how long the tube or speaker should be.

Usually this is simply written on the end of your speaker or tube; namely, the part that goes into your ear. You then look for red or blue text. You can probably find the brand and type of your hearing aid on the invoice you got from your audiologist.
