    Shipping
    We ship all our products via PostNL or DHL.
    Orders to be delivered within the Netherlands with a value of €35 or more are shipped free of charge. Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout.

    For most products in our webshop, we follow the rule: Ordered today before 22:55, shipped today. This does not guarantee next-day delivery. While that’s often the case, we cannot guarantee it as we depend on the parcel services. You’ll always receive tracking information to follow your order.

    Returns
    If the product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it. Here's how it works.

    Sometimes you may want to return an order. Maybe the product didn’t meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind. No matter the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. The cost of the return shipment is your responsibility and can be found in our return portal. Here you can easily purchase an affordable return label and send the product back.

    After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will be refunded the full order amount including any shipping costs you paid. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product and all accessories must be returned – if reasonably possible – in their original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation.

    So please handle the product with care and ensure proper packaging when returning it. You can register your return via your account on our website or contact us at support@allesvoororen.nl. We will refund the due amount within 14 days after your return has been registered, provided we have received the product in good order.

    Wrong item ordered?
    Due to technical and administrative reasons, exchanging a product is not possible. You can return the wrong item and place a new order.
    Did you receive the wrong item? Contact our customer service at support@allesvoororen.nl.

    If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery, AllesVoorOren.nl will not refund the extra costs.

    Return Exceptions
    Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as earplugs, hearing protection, etc. These items are sealed, and if the seal is broken, they cannot be returned. Cochlear products are also excluded. Opened packaging of batteries, etc., will not be accepted for return.

    Products listed as: Ordered today before 22:55, shipped today do not apply when combined with items that have a longer delivery time. In such cases, the entire order will ship together.


    Warranty
    The warranty period varies per product and is mentioned in the manual, on the packaging, or in the product description on our website. In general, a warranty period of 12 or 24 months after purchase applies.

    If no warranty period is stated, please contact us.

    Warranty on accessories
    Some products come with accessories like batteries, power supplies, data cables or charging docks. These carry a 6-month warranty unless otherwise stated.

    When does the warranty expire?

    • Improper or incorrect use

    • If a repair or opening was done by an unauthorized dealer

    • Damage due to drops, moisture, impact, or pressure

    • After the factory warranty has expired

    Defects within warranty:

    • Manufacturing defect: Right to free repair, replacement, or refund.

    Defect caused by user / out of warranty:

    • No right to free repair, replacement, or refund.

    If, after inspection, the product is not defective, we will charge €25 and return the product to you.*

    If repair is needed, you will receive a quote beforehand. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, €25 will be charged.*

    *These costs cover:

    • Return shipping at our expense

    • Time spent on inspection/repair

    • Repacking and reshipping costs

    Written cancellations
    You may also cancel your order in writing using the model form found at the bottom of the general terms and conditions of the Webshop Keurmerk. Print it and request a return label via support@allesvoororen.nl.

    Model withdrawal form
    Only fill out and send this form if you want to withdraw from the agreement. AllesVoorOren.nl is legally required to provide this form, but use of it is not mandatory. You may also inform us of your return by phone (+31 229 755 134) or email (info@allesvoororen.nl).
