Het leek een mooie oplossing om gefriemel (bediening) aan gehoorapparaten te omzeilen. Helaas werkt het product niet samen met een App op telefoon. Conflict in draadloze kanalen. Nu is de App op telefoon verder ook niet gebruiksvriendelijk voor iemand op leeftijd, maar het is wel de enige mogelijkheid om nog verstaanbaar te bellen. Switchen tussen de producten is teveel gedoe en zorgt voor onnodig moeten herstarten van gehoortoestellen. Dus helaas remote weer teruggestuurd.
